Finally, winter is here…..it was almost freezing this morning in NYC.
Here’s what I feel like these days.
This is a dropped sample from 2012 FW collection.
I dropped because there were already too many fabric variations…..yet I like this!
For some reason, I really wear this….maybe we should release this fabric next winter…
Long-absent Town & Country. I revived this style in Camel color melton this winter…..the first for this style.
Back of pocket flaps are lined with Ultra Suede, and buttons are natural color…..sort of fresh.
Our 1st P-coat, P-POST.
Looks really plain but it is made of official Cavarly Twill worsted wool uniform cloth, lined with foam filling.
Light, yet substantial.
P-POST in vintage indigo calico fabric.
Feels really light, it reminds me CLOSED’s china jacket from the early 80s.
Our ever-popular tweed version of Engineers’ jacket.
This style debuted unlined in late 2000’s, then we lined them for a while…..
I washed it and hung dry many times……really soften up.
Now, feel like to make this unlined in plainer design…..it would be sort of like wearing cardigans.

Here’s some colors I am into these days….
I picked up this scarf at MANHATTAN PIER ANTIQUE SHOW last weekend.
For some reason, Ialways attracted to these types….some vivid colors on dark or plain color…..
Here’s another example.
This shirt has been on my frequent-wear list but mostly in-house use only.
This “TWISTER GAME” color scheme is somewhat crazy to some people…..I hear more compliment whenever I wear…..but mostly joke, I guess.
Hoping it will fade to the point where where I can call it “subtle”, but looks like it takes forever…..
I never really liked this color in my life…..but for some reason, I am attached to this color….
It looks especially good when worn with some good amount of “white”.

It was snowing…..( Takeshi )
I was in Japan when that hurricane Sandy hits……then forced to stay there for another week….
I was there a little more than 10 days already, and didn’t have much free time yet so I started catching up.
I went down to Yokohama as I heard my old friend just opened up a little vintage store ( http://ameblo.jp/anchor-vintage/) a few months ago…..so I had to say Hello.
Ending up buying POW stenciled 30s US Army denim shirt……this one is sewn with yellow and OD stitch mixed.
He is good @ military stuff, really.
Then I went to some book stores…..on the right is aboutl cool vintage buildings in Osaka, quite impressing!
I dropped by @ …Reseach’s Mr. Kobayashi’s vintage book store ( http://www.cowbooks.jp/ ), bought some Eggleston stuff.
The other day, he showed me some dangerous stuff from his father…..
and some cool old stuff.
A vintage Ramen restaurant in Shimokitazawa.
